Program Description
The road to success is wrought with difficult challenges. But that is nothing new. What IS new is the concept of one-on-one coaching for executives, senior and mid-level managers. Whether to deal with a specific challenge or for succession planning or leadership development, our executive and professional coaching process meets your needs and then some. Coaching helps individuals to overcome challenges and harness strengths to bring out the very best in each person.
Our coaching process is designed to propel participants toward a goal, past their limits, and over obstacles. Coaching is personal, one-on-one, and absolutely about meeting participants where he/she is now and taking them where they want to go. In the coaching process participants will self assess, create a development plan, and be coached to identify and modify the ineffective behaviors that limit them and/or learn new skills to achieve their professional and personal goals.

The Coaching Process Includes:
Meeting with key participants to determine challenges, goals and objectives (as appropriate: manager, employee, human resources, etc)
Assessments (Competency based 360 degree feedback, Leadership Report including personality, interest, and values assessment, Team and Communications Report
Creation of an individual development plan.
Facilitation of discussion with participant's manager to ensure plan is on track and aligns with the goals of the department/organization.
Structured one-on-one coaching.
Feedback as the client encounters obstacles and challenges working the plan.
