Management Incubator  - September 2007
Parker House--Volunteers of America
The Parker House, located in Baton Rouge, is a residential treatment center for children, ages 3-11, who have been severely traumatized through abuse/neglect. The Parker House provides a safe, family-like home for young victims of child abuse to heal from past trauma and prepare for family level care.

In September 2007, as part of the Management Incubator Series, one of the teams worked to update a room within the Parker House to make the room an enjoyable, fun, and inspiring room to serve many functions such as family visits, study hall/tutoring, and the PAWS to READ Program. As you can see by viewing the before and after pictures, they were very successful in their efforts.
