Bill Phillips, PhD
Owner/Founder
Dr. Bill Phillips is founder and president of Success Labs. He has a PhD from the University of New Orleans.

Bill has more than 20 years experience in the coaching and leadership development field and is considered an expert in competency based development initiatives. He has extensive experience coaching executives and senior leadership teams. He has designed and implemented custom leadership development programs for companies in the healthcare, communication, service, and manufacturing industries.

His major accomplishments and recent projects include:

• Developing a Management Incubator for emerging leaders in partnership with Woman’s Hospital and Our Lady of the Lake RMC in Baton Rouge.
• Creating a multifaceted leadership report that assesses personality, interests and values related to work style, and communication and leadership preferences.
• Member of the Textron (Cessna, Bell, EZ-Go) leadership development coaching team for Lominger.
• Designing a leadership development class program for technical leaders in connection with Jacobs, Albemarle, Honeywell and Shaw corporations.

Devin Lemoine
President
Devin is a project manager and executive coach with Success Labs. She holds a BA in Mass Communications with a minor in Marketing and Economics from Louisiana State University and is a Lominger certified coach.

Devin has 12 years experience coaching executive and professional level clients on leadership and career related issues. Additionally, her work includes facilitating and managing strategic initiatives for companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, communications, and not-for profit organizations.

Major projects and initiatives include:

• Project manager on the ExxonMobil merger career transition team.
• Conducting a major leadership development audit for FMOL Health System.
• Facilitating a year long strategic planning and implementation process for the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals HAP division.
• Designing and implementing a competency based succession planning pilot program for CF Industries Louisiana site.
• Co-developer and implementer of an “incubator” for emerging leaders at Cox Communications in Baton Rouge/Lafayette, LA.
• Member of the Textron (Cessna, Bell, EZ-Go) leadership development coaching team for Lominger.

Shannon S. D'Gerolamo, PhD, LPC
Senior Project Manager
Shannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Louisiana State University. She is also a Lominger certified coach.

She has 10 years of coaching, counseling and training experience in academic, corporate and clinical settings including Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Southeastern Louisiana University, and Hammond Developmental Center.

Shannon currently provides executive coaching for companies in a variety of industries including Woman’s Hospital, Associated Grocers, Baton Rouge Coca-Cola Bottling Company and is one of the main coaches on PCS Nitrogen’s major competency based development initiative.

Ellen Bush, M.Ed, MCC, LPC
Executive Coach
Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Counseling (Career Counseling emphasis) from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor who also holds the distinction of being a Nationally Certified Counselor, and is a Lominger certified coach.

Ellen’s over 10 years of experience and professional accomplishments in the career development field include:

• Providing both individual and group career counseling/coaching.
• Receiving the prestigious designation of Master Career Counselor (MCC) by the National Career Development Association for her work in the career counseling field.
• Speaking at national and state professional conferences and workshops on a variety of career development topics.
• Serving multiple terms on the executive board of the Louisiana Career Development Association, where she is currently the President-Elect.
• Co-editing a career planning textbook and publishing career development articles in professional journals.

Beth Pisa, MEd
Executive Coach
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Louisiana State University, a master’s degree from the University of Virginia and is a Lominger certified coach.

Beth has served as Vice President and Manager of Training and Leadership Development statewide for Premier Bank and as Vice President and Southern and Western Regions Manager of Learning and Development at Bank One. These combine to give her 16 years of management experience.

Beth’s personal experiences in leading and managing others, along with years of training and coaching managers in professional and leadership development give her a strong background in working as an executive coach with Success Labs.

Jim Roberts
Executive Coach
Jim has a BA in Psychology from The University of Louisiana in Lafayette, LA as well as graduate work in Counseling.

He has a background in training and development and extensive experience in management for the State of Louisiana where he was Employer Services State Program Manager. His experience includes:

• Management of the Job Service office and Rapid Response Team for Louisiana.
• Developed specialized training and certification programs to meet the training and development needs of the healthcare and oil industries.
• Industrial Coordinator for the Louisiana Technical College – Ascension Campus.
• Coordinated employment services during the shut down of England Air Force Base.

Patsy Wilkerson, MA
Executive Coach
Patsy brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to Success Labs as a trainer, coach, consultant and facilitator. She has served as a motivational speaker, conference and retreat facilitator for education and business organizations across the country, Canada, Mexico and Europe.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Southern University in Baton Rouge and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University in La Mirada, California.

Her leadership role in Human Resources, Training and Organizational Development provides excellent experience and expertise to meet the needs of our clients. Patsy’s strategic initiatives at large corporations, small companies and not-for-profit agencies include:

Sharon Walker, MA, LPC
Executive Coach
Sharon has a master's degree in counseling from Louisiana State University and nine years experience coaching executives, professionals and students on career related issues in both corporate and academic environments. She has extensive experience with career assessment tools including personality, interests, and work values assessments, 360 feedback, and professional development plans. Additionally, she has expertise in job search strategies and teaches a career planning class at the university level. She is a Certified Lominger Voices 360 Feedback coach.

Angela Murray, MA, LPC
Career Coach
Angela is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling from Louisiana State University. She is also a Lominger certified coach.

She has experience with career assessment tools including personality, interests, and values inventories, and 360 feedback. Angela is currently working with the PCS Nitrogen project to increase effectiveness of employee training by identifying job specific competencies and creating relevant development plans.

Angela specializes in working with clients on career and personal issues in both academic and corporate settings.
